| These look like a pretty water fountain but actually it helped keep things cooled off because the iron was so hot. |

| She taught us all about the history of Sloss Furnace. |

| She took us down in the spooky tunnels too. |

| It was scary but fun! |

| Sloss furnace doesn't work anymore but it is a piece of Birmingham history. |

| We see it from the highway all the time so it was neat to go inside and learn about it. |

| We even got to have a picnic. Yum! |
